TR6 Installing a TR6 M/C, servo setup in a TR4A

I think I now have all the parts needed to install a stock TR6 master cylinder and brake servo in my 4A. Has anybody done this that could give me some tips before I begin?

I have a TR6 pedal box w/pedals, working servo, master cylinder and PDWA (still need a switch if anybody has a spare one). Aside from cutting the firewall to fit the pedals and making the necessary pipes, I think it's a no brainer .... right?
Thanks for any advise you might provide. Peter

I saw a website where someone used a Sentra unit but want to stick with TR parts if I can. Even though it's not original, it's still more original and uses the same British fittings as my 4A. Peter

Peter--That switch is truly a rare item that will be difficult to find. I would troll ebaY as I have seen PDWA assemblies with the switch up for for auction. Actually, the switch is not a critical item as it only serves a lamping function (it is not a pressure boundary for the M/C). If you had a leak in one of the 2 diagonal circuits, your right leg would know about it straight away. I would install the PDWA and continue your switch search.

Thanks Rick. I figured that I'd plug the hole until I found one, if ever! Do you know of a source for the PDWA o-rings that resist brake fluid?

This from the former tech archives at Buckeye Triumphs:

"I've been told there were PDWAs made with different size cylinders. I have PDWAs from years '68,'70, '73 & '76 and all have 5/16" cylinders. Three use O-Ring seals as the lower piston in the photo and one uses the more substantial seal as the upper piston in the photo. I haven't been able to find a source for the upper piston seals. The O-Rings for the lower piston are 3/16" ID & 5/16" OD with 1/16" cross section --- O-Ring size # 008.; See https://www.marcorubber.com/ . Ethylene Propylene (EP/EPR/EPDM) is the correct material. I understand they are available from American Packing and Gasket Co, https://www.apandg.com/ (713) 675-5271 or (800) 888-5223. I bought 100 from McMaster -Carr for a little over $8."

Hope it helps. Good luck.
