15" Tourist Trophy wood wheel from Moss. Everything went very smoothly. I've got a few ideas on how to hook up the horn button. I just have to come up with something elegant. There's quite a bit of room inside the hub to work with, so we'll see what developes.

BTW, it's easier to get into the car now.

Edit: Don Elliott...notice that I fixed the fur-flex. Thanks again.

I always liked that style, looks great.

Art-

Looks great- does the steering feel a lot tougher now going from 16" to 15"?

Art,

Did you switch to rack and pinion?

The wheel looks great.

Cheers,

Steve

Looks great Art. How about some pictures of the entire car?

Art - The wheel and the fur-flex looks super ! Looks like you're getting it all finished very nicely. I noticed that you already have the key in the ignition ready to start it up. May I suggest what I do. I drive my 1958 TR3A (black with red trim) using only a single key in the ignition. I have done it that way for 18 summers and 100,000 miles. I never wanted the "load" of other keys on a key chain rubbing back and forth on my new (19 years ago) red finish on the dashboard. I always felt that when I drive around curves the momentum of a fully loaded key-chain will slide and ruin the red finish.

But it's your car. Drive it the way you like. You will get a lot of enjoyment out of it.

Thanks guys. The wheel actually looks much better then picture shows. I'll take the car outside this weekend for pictures in natual light. It has a real nice feel to it. :driving:

Yes, I've got rack & pinion in there, so going to the smaller wheel is no problem. That's also the reason I had to use the MGA directional...that big switch to the left of the wheel on the dash.
