I am aware that the outer rubber water seal (sweep) is connected to the chrome trim and then to the door top flange by 2 sided clips, one side of which connects to the seal/trim piece, the other side to the door top flange.
I need to know whether the clip side that connects to the door is positioned on the inner side of the chrome finisher (under the U shaped top flange of the trim piece) or the outside. I've tried it both ways and it still isn't clear which is correct.
