Take his Man Card! :jester:

Inspirational, nontheless!!

It reminds me of the story of the old Cherokee man who told his grandson about the battle that goes on inside people...

He said, "My son, the battle is between two "wolves" who live inside us all. One is Evil, it is anger, envy, jealousy, sorrow, regret, greed, arrogance, sel-pity, guilt, worry, resentment, inferiority, lies, false pride, superiority and ego. The other is Good, it is joy, peace, love, hope, serenity, humility, kindness, benevolence, empathy, generosity, truth, compassion and faith."

The boy thought about this for a minute and then asked his grandfather: "Which wolf wins?"

The Old Cherokee simply replied, "The one you feed"!

:iagree:

More sermon fodder - thanks, Mike!

I'll have to come back to cut and paste the
old Cherokee story. It is very on point, I think.

Tough story to hear. Some good advice.
Couldn't believe he said he poured coke onto
the back seat of a new car, just to make a point
that it's just a thing.

I had to learn that coke thing the hard way. Brand New VW Scirocco (1977, my FIRST-EVER brand new car!) Driving home from the showroom with the wife. We decide to stop at a Stewarts drive-in in our new car and have a curbside lunch. The waitress comes out, hooks the tray to the window and proceeds to dump two large root beers!!! The drivers window wind-up mechanism was never the same!!!

:thankyousign: This certainly gives pause for thought!
