Inner Trunk color and Inner alluminum shroud BN1

Who can help with knowledge: In the quest to restore my BN1 as original as possible I'm looking for the original inner shroud color. The Car is original Austin Healey Light blue. The exterior color is of matalic kind. The inner shrouds have a non metalic blue/greyisch tone. Is this original and waht is thye name of this color?

Everything is painted with the same (except the mechanicals)color, chassis, inner and outer of all panels, even the w/screen posts. Sounds like its had a respray at some time.

Thanks for your reply. All the later cars I have seen are in and out in body color, as you wrote. What puzzles me on my car is that there is no evidence of a respray of inner panels. My Austin is one of the very early ones with aluminum hood and trunk lit.

Probably just an outer respray then, what color is the chassis? My BN1 is body no. 860 has the ali boot and bonnet as well as the mk1 sidescreens (perspex)

Problem solved:

Indeed a few early BN1's were sprayed in a non metalic blue. Mine is one of the view!
