Inner body repair suggestions

I have my BJ8 down to bare inner body. Need to replace quite a bit as usual. Question? Should I have the body and frame sand blased now or wait until afer I have made the repairs? Thanks and Semper Fi.

I suggest blasting before repairs. Blast & a light coat of primer. The blasting is likely to expose more areas that need repair. It's discouraging to finish repairs, blast, & find a lot more holes.

Hi, we are just about to restore our BT7. You need to be very careful about using a blasting shop as I have seen panels completely distorted by careless blasters. I have found this link which is based in the US, not sure where mind, but they use Soda. Check it out and let me know what you think.

Regards,

Gordon.
