Inner Body Alignment

Hi, looking for some data points where the front and the rear inner body fit to the chassis. I have fitted a new chassis and took reference point from old chassis before and section were removed [?], but my doors are about 1/2 [inch? -Mod.] out and need to go back.

Any help would be appreciated.
