TR2/3/3A initial startup of a motor

Use the break in and regular oil recommended by the rebuilder, if it's not you. I used to use Shell Rotella T for many reasons, chiefly moisture resistance and corrosion protection. I didn't know about Zinc or Phosphorus. Rotella was good for engines that get stored for the winter to fight the moisture and corrosion. I relied on my machine shop as they see a lot of the results from different oils and circumstances. I had been getting @ 80,000 + miles on my rebuilds with Rotella.
