Indpendent Rear Suspension Compatibility

Nope.

The cage holding everything is different (wider). The width (track) of the rear is also wider on the 420 by a few inches. But if you break it all down, the diff and hub carriers with hubs are the same. Brakes and rotors are different, but can be used with the diff. The axles, swing arms, cage, and shocks are the real different parts.
