The D850 with the 80~400mm, 1/2500th @ ∱6.3. The ISO went to 4000 (MAX I've set it to). Used the GIMP curve tool on the original (unworked full frame at right) to pull detail from the darker areas.

Reason I asked is I noticed you were at 6.3. Maybe if you have another similar shot, open her up as much as possible, which might let you bring down the ISO a tad. Just a thought.

An AF-S 80-200 ∱2.8D and 1.7x extender, ∱4.8 results, with a 340mm equivalent focal length. Again the 1/2500th sec. shutter speed. ISO 360. Cropped about 20%. Some loss of sharpness with the extender.
