I'm throwin' in the towel-58 bugeye for sale

Kevin handed off his baton to me today, how about that? Now I've got a 58 Bugeye!!
Oh, been trading bits and pieces along the way like the red paper clip to a Ferrari story.
This Bug is no Ferrari - but it will feel better than one to me once I'm driving around in it!

Right now Kevin has the pictures, when I get it home I will post plenty!

I'm moving your bugeye to the front of the property, Rick. Getting ready to sand blast things in my driveway in the next day or two. By the way, If you ever need to do some sand blasting, you are welcome to do so here. It is a lot of work, but I do better than anyone I used to send parts out to. No problems with pesky neighbors in the country.

That's a really great offer Kevin, so you'll have my Bugeye all sandblasted for me when I come to collect it then? :highly_amused:

58's are a unique breed Rick.. My first was one of those...I think I still have the windshield and the unique rear mount for the rear end stabilizer...

Don't need a shovel for neighbors in the country when you have a John Deere. Good try, Rick. The offer is for you to do the blasting.

:encouragement:

I'll see, after I get over my Diverticulitis - was just diagnosed yesterday.
Anyone who has had this can probably relate, I don't feel much like doing anything right now.

Rick,

You will quickly learn what you can and cannot eat. I go through this nightly with my wife. Irritable bowel and diverticulosis

Oh goody, I just adore the aging process...
One of the antibiotics I'm on tastes extremely bad and has the associated requirements of staying out of the sun and zero alcohol tolerance.
Just sounds like a party doesn't it?
