I'm seeking an E Type

I'm beginning a search for a nicely sorted E-Type convertible. Specifically I'm looking for a Series 1 or 1 1/2 (A Series 2 car might under the right circumstances be acceptable).

The car must be already restored and in very good (5 footer or less) condition with no paint, mechanical or rust issues. I guess the way to describe it would be a high quality show/club driver.

I've recently completed a big buck resto on my AH BJ8 and I'm done. No more restorations for me! This one must be a turn key deal. I'm particularly interested in doing a partial trade for the Healey.

So if anyone out there knows of an E-Type owner interested in selling, please have them get in touch with me. Thanks
Randy

Randy, you might want to check the for sale section over at my friend Dan Mooney's place, Classic Jaguar Keep us posted on your progress. I think you picked a great model to go after (I have a 67 Roadster, so I may be biased

You might want to try classicjaguar.com. Dan and/or one of his customers is almost always selling several e-types. He might be pricy, but has an excellent reputation. (normal disclaimers apply). I believe there are several listed under the customer cars for sale section.
