I looked on google a little, but only found restored ones for sale. What would this car be worth in this condition, to an Austin Healy enthusiast? I'm guessing I would be lucky to get $1000 max. What do you think? My mom found the title, and it is a 1965.

Unfortunately, I think 1000 is way optomistic. It doesn't even have the original drivetrain in it. It looks to be an engine out of a Pinto or ?. The top and few items already spoken for pretty much make up any value, and the top is by far the most valuable item on the car (worth a few hundred, depending on structural condition). The rest is probably best parted out then the remains sent to the crusher. You may be able to get 1-2 hundred for the car after the top is gone, but I wouldn't think much more.
 
I have two people looking at buying the whole car. I am just trying to get a "ball park" of what I could expect so I don't just give it away for $100.

Would it be fair to try and get $600? I'm just looking for what the "best offer" that I asked for in the ad might be.

I paid $400 for a complete non-running car that was parked because the right front was in a fender bender. I might have paid too much, but I needed the entire front suspension and rear end and a few other bits and it made for one stop shopping.
