Not to steal Jaybird's thunder but I broke the window handle off the passenger side of my '67. It is black with a chrome knob. Anyone have a spare used one? I'm really PO'd at myself and bummed that I broke this.
Please excuse the dirty nails, I was taking an engine apart yesterday.

If you've not found one by the 27th, let me know - bet there's a few in my box of door handles!

Sweet! If any one was to have one I thought it might be you. Thanks Tony.

I've been looking for a set of cranks/doorhandles: JC Whitless used to have a metal and wood set, similar to the ones on that site. Three holes and wood bezels. Anyone have a set they'd want rid of? /bcforum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/wink.gif

Hows the quality though? This would not broken if it were not for my own laziness. The window is tough to open but I have not taken the time to remove the door panel to find out what is making it so stiff.

They all suck. No way around it other than installing metal handles. You won't find new originals unless you're VERY lucky. If your winder mechanisms are in good order you should be ok. I've been using mine for years without failure in the GT, which has nice smooth mechanisms.

The handles suck or the winding mechanisms suck? If my mechanisms are sticky can I fix them or do I have to replace.
