I'm going to lose the dashboard battle

I really liked the high-gloss dash(I still do) but after seeing the satinn finished one, I think I like the satin finished one better. The satin finish, IMHO, I think is more in keeping with the nature of th TR6. Just my 2 cents.

The darker wood looks really nice, better than the lighter wood on the dashes, beautiful workmanship on both of them either way you go.

Bill,

You've met my wife and I would hardly call her that....

Although you may have a point...

The trick is to let your wife THINK she's the boss... :yesnod:

As soon as I figure out how to do that I'll let you know! :hammer:

Bill,

In case you aren't paying attention, I'm doing just that..... :yesnod:

Tom,

Remember our discussions from the past? I never touch anything wooden with anything but polish. Wood refinishing is not on my list of "personal projects that end well".

Paul,
She lets you have yer Shinny toys.

The least you can do is humor her!...lol
a small price to pay. :savewave:

I'm playing in a golf tournament on Saturday, so that's out for me. We'll probably take off on Sunday for a nice long ride to Newport, Bristol and points beyond.
