I go out to the garage and find little things to do.

Just have not been able to get up the nerve to start her up again and go through that carberator mess.

Think I will help wife paint bed room. sigh.
 
Get the painting out of your system Jack, and by then you will WANT to take Miss Agatha for a spin and check her out, hehehe!!!

That's why it's a hobby. I've learned the hard way that at times you need to walk away. Otherwise broken parts and injuries can result. (Don't ask me how I know....)

Excellent Tony, guess that may be the Choke cable and the rubber bits for the firewall. I may just get this thing driveable next week. At least around the neighborhood.

It's gona get into the 20's next week and rain, no garage time for me.
 
From my years and years of experience working on bugeyes I suggest always putting aside a pleasant and easy 'no brainer' for the times you start breaking things or hurt yourself. Then you go over and do the simple one, lets you finish on a positive note.

Repaint the little white numbers on your shift knob, make one of the kids bleed the clutch.
