Oh the newborn is just training for learning to sleep with one ear toward the door for the teenager. (Sneaking out or Sneaking in....) Just wait after awile you find you don't need that much sleep anyway.
 
No need for ears - the dogs start up at *any* movement.
There is no sneaking around this ol' house.
