Ok, I don't smoke and I don't drink, but I'll be darned if I'km going to give up my Eggs!
I refuse to go through life eating tofu and celery stalks!

Not to worry. Next week they'll reverse their position.

Hummmmm..... omelette that story go for now.

The egg thing has flip-flopped good/bad/good/bad for decades.

I enjoy two of th' li'l orbs almost every mornin' with a cuppa joe an' two pieces o' toast. No "study" will sway me to havin' lawn clippings and purified water for breakfast.
My one cholesterol concession is "turkey bacon" onna side.

The good, the bad, and the eggly?

T. Smith died at 93. Liked his eggs and bacon; prefered his tomatoes deep fried. Enjoyed his pipe and drank coffe all day long. At 87 he could swing a 50# Stihl chainsaw all day long and work a 25 year old man into the shade.

Eggs a killer?!

T. Smith would say the yokes on them.

All about th' genes. And generational dietary influences. A diet of whale and seal blubber would likely be horrid to someone with an Asian heritage. An Aliute would do badly on rice, veggies and bamboo shoots, methinks.

Follow your ancestry.

...unless lutefisk or nuoc mam is onna menu. :jester:
