If you like Leno....

Already found, and not far from me. 40,000 square foot lot with a custom ranch home, garage with upstairs rec room and huge storage, lots and lots of room for a big car barn. When you coming out?

AHHHHHH HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

You shoppin' for a condo?

Wow! I hate it when I'm right.
Our run-down house is only worth $250,000,
- or less.

I just need to then sell my house for double it's value and then I'm there. I was also hoping for "acres " of land. One can wish right? Maybe the lottery will work for me tonight.

Move another 30 miles north and you can get acres of farmland. Better hurry though, people are starting to realize it's worth something.

What town? We're serioulsy thinking about bailing on NY although Cali taxes are just as extreme right?

My big sister and BIL, my little sister and little brother are all actors and musicians out in LA and my daughter wants to study Directing or Screen writing. I'm sure when Jeani goes out there with her visit colleges, she'll be scoping out some land.

California taxes are pretty bad, yes. Like anywhere, there are pros and cons to living here. I major pro is the weather and car culture. Feel free to throw me an email if you want to discuss specifics so we don't completely steal this thread.

Boy I could go on a 20 minute rant on what or legislature is trying to do, but I get kick on my butt by the Boss

vping,

You Don't want to come to California,
I'd love to leave this place,& go to a simpler one!
