It's all in what you need. Looks like RR area under tailights is intact. I need that piece for Bugsy my '68 for example. Trunklid may be salvageable. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

He could get more than $40 at the local salvage yard! I mean we had one that was in not much better shape than that..got $125 from the local scrap yard. It was a sad site tot see it snap in half when they picked it up off the trailer.
 
He was around with others 3 or 4 weeks ago. Has 30-40 cars in the field. All will start at $40. Seems to be trying to find a home but if not, they go to the crusher.
