I would have taken better care of myself." Was the phrase that came to mind when I started to get up from the floor this morning and my left knee cap jumped out of place. It seems that a love of dirt bikes in my late teens and early 20's has really come back to haunt me as this knee cap seems to pop out on a daily basis. When I think back, I guess I was like everyone else, at 21 I never really thought about ever making 52.
