Hi there, hopefully someone here can help me... I have a 1970 triumph spitfire and it has been idling very roughly, sounds close to stalling and shakes the entire car... I have a Zenith Stromberg CD carberator, and I was hoping someone could tell me if and where the idle speed set screw is?

Alex, There are a few things that can cause your problem, so lets get to your first one. The idle screw is on the left side down new the bottom of the carb, it's a flat screwdriver fitting and the screw is standing upright. A skinny screwdriver fits between the cable and linkage easily. Wayne
 
An easy thing to check is the carb diaphragm for holes. Make sure your oil is topped up while in there. If the car ran well and has gradually gone out of tune, don't look at adjusting things. Find the problem, and the car will run well again. Making adjustments before the proper fix only causes more problems.
Another area to look at is vaccuum leaks.
