ID this front bumper setup?

I got this front bumper and overriders with the pile 'o' buckets I dragged my Bugeye home with. They don't look like Bugeye parts - can anyone give me a positive ID? Later Spridget? The guy I bought my BE from currently has a TR3 and has owned a bunch of Brit stuff over the years. Thanks!
