This one was at British Invasion in Stowe. Think it's a Sprite underneath. It was top notch workmanship.

I know that represents hours and hours of work, and someone put their heart and soul into it, and paid close attention to a lot of detail. I have to admire that, but EWWWWWWW! The one from the Stowe show is more to my taste. still pretty far out.

When I was a kid in Monterey someone was driving around an XK120 covered with wood veneer. Looked pretty sharp.
