I want this MG....

If you're going to take over the world, that might be the car to do it with, short of the latest batmobile...

Could have sold a galzillion.

This car reappeared at the chicago auto show in 1991 or 1992. I was awestruck by its lines.

Nice looking car, but I still prefer the lines of the RV8! /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif

Like Steve_S, I thought when the car had it's "debut" it would be in production soon after.

Heavy disappointment.

In all honesty it was way too futuristic-looking for the time. Most people I talked to thought it was ugly as heck and looked like a space ship. It was simply 10 years ahead of its time in styling. However I though that like all concept cars which make it to production, it would be simplified a bit beforehand. Pity.

really hot, I remember when they announced it and wanted one also.

go brain go

I agree.

It kinda reminds me of an Acura NSX

But I hear that the dealer's are really bad about taking care of warranty work.

And the biggest problem is finding a dealer.

From the profile, looks like an Espirit in front and the aforementioned NSX in back....actually, it looks like generic mid '80s future chic to me...and it's looks have aged as well as a flock-of-seagulls haircut.
