I WANT ONE!

$1.25 million and top speed over 250 mph

Well Basil, I might be able to spare $1 a year for 10,000 years to help you buy one. That's half my car buying allowance my wife gives me now Dave

Can I get a ride if you get one? I'll contribute!!!! Do the Top Gear guys have the best jobs in the world, or what??? /bcforum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/grin.gif

Ok, now that I have done that you won't make me do it for real, right.

That would certainly make the commute between Edgewood and Huntsville more manageable, wouldn't it, Bas!
Jeff

I could make it in just over 4 3/4 hours!

I don't think so...At top speed, there is only twelve minutes worth off fuel in the tank. There will be alot of pit stops. /bcforum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/shocked.gif

Not to mention the delays while the state troopers write up tickets. Of course the 2nd or 3rd delay could be worse, waiting for bail money can be a real drag.

...BUT they have to catch you... 253 officer??? Nah! your radar must be off...who could do THAT????

I’m surprised it has a speedometer and not a Mach indicator. Isn’t 253 MPH something like Mach .3?

What is the limiting factor on the tires lasting 15 minutes? Temperature?

Do you have to replace them after 15 minutes or just let them cool?
