I Wanna Go Back!

Got back yesterday from Fort Myers, Florida - spent a week with my best friend. We've been friends for over 50 years and twice a year we get together. I really think I should have stayed as my friend kept saying "Stay a little longer." In all these years I don't think I've ever taken her advice and this time was no different.

Took husband to the airport this morning and the temperature was -9 and with the windchill registered -17. We've got a weather station on the roof as he's a wannabe meteorologist. He's hoping that his duty tour (pilot) will be on the west coast for the duration.

Now thanks for letting me complain! So all you folks with cold weather and snow - stay warm and safe. All you folks with sunshine and warmth - :madder: Wished I was nicer person. lol

There is a surplus of unwanted snow laying around these parts. Do you think I could make a go of it by bottling it and selling it as H2O Lite? Half the calories of regular bottled water???! Always looking to make (frozen) lemonade out of lemons!!!

Don't know yet. Haven't thought that far in the future. She'll be working Monday anyway and I won't get to see her till Wednesday night and only for a few minutes. I won't see her again till Friday night. It's like that every week.
