I think it's an A90 100-six

I defiantly think it's the A90 Westminster.

Also does anyone have any cross section/information of the carburetor in the car? We discovered that the gas pump wasn't pumping because there was to much pressure on it. This was because something in the carb was blocking the gas. Well the entire bottom of the carb was covered in the orange stuff so we cleaned it. When it seemed to be to hard to clean we decided to throw some bleach in there to clean it. I panicked when it started foaming and rinsed it with water so now I need to figure out how to disassemble the float bowl so I can dry it.

Also we aren't using gas from the tank, we have a Jerry can hooked up to a small plastic hose that is connected to the fuel pump. We didn't want to risk the old gas line/tank.

As a side note should I make a new thread over the progress or should I just use this one?

Looks like you have an Austin A90 Atlantic. A quick "google" search for A90 offered this website:

Hurray ! It's running. We ran it for a good 10 minutes and it was only on 4 cylinders. So next we need to work on the brakes then jack it up and see if the transmission works.

regards military flying to/from Europe: my Dad was with the Royal Canadian Air Force and we shipped over to 4(F) Wing, Baden Soellingen, Germany in Nov. 1957, returning July 1961 - by Cunard line boats both ways. My folks had bought a 1959 Mercedes and it was brought back on the same ship that took us home - I remember seeing it being loaded. They didn't start flying transfers until a couple of years later, I believe. We lived in Ottawa 61-63, and one of the neighbours was with the British embassy - he ordered a right hand drive American car and was having it shipped back to the UK when he returned. So your original owner could have been a Canadian military/embassy type stationed in the UK (and travelled to the Continent, where the coin came from?) or Europe who had purchased the car during his posting and brought it back. But that sure doesn't fit the Argentine connection.
Sure a pretty little thing, with the Flying 'A' and all. But, I've got a BugEye and Manx clone dune buggy, so my sense of taste may be a wee bit off.....
Have fun; good fortune to you. And - as you've noticed - this is a pretty good site, and fun.
Doug
