You probably spotted this already, but if you have trouble sourcing in the U.S., Revington has individual 83mm liners listed at 40 GBP.

If you are very patient, I can probably mule it back over to you in the U.S. to save shipping but I doubt I'll be hitting Wisconsin until summertime (or at least when it gets unfrozen!)
