Yes, staying @ King Charles. Spent the day at Magnolia...in the rain. Tomorrow-in even more rain- we're doing a daytrip to Savannah, then Fri off for Asheville. Was disappointed C'town bars/restaurants totally ignored fat Tuesday.
That's a nice plantation, though it's been up dated
There is one that is still as it was 150 years ago . That one is cool
Need to tour the tea plantation next time you are here, sunny weather hopefully
Would have like to had a drink with ya,
Say hi to my daughter in Savannah when you get there
The two Fat Tuesdays I have been here I haven't heard a thing.
In Seattle they almost had to close the bar district down it got so rowdy.
The next year a student was shot and then they put the KABOSH on the whole thing.
Gonna be nice this week end
OK, I'll yell out a hello. We were going to use the Dart, then combo of WX and12 days stuff put us in the Saab. Dart is good for a week's worth of stuff, a little longer if we know we'll have time/place to do laundry. At our ages, we don't travel light! This is such a nice area/city, I can see us returning soon. We'll have a drink then for sure.
Saw this listed as an add on Grassroots Motorsports. Looks interesting but can't compete with the Costco $100 price tag. Does get under 3" ground clearance though.
