I previously owned both a TR4 and TR4A, and have always been enamored with the body style. That’s why I decided to buy a 250. The inline 6 has both outstanding acceleration and torque. I hope there are 250 owners who feel the same as I do.

I’m not a 250 owner but have a TR6 so that’s close enough :cheers:
 
I had a 4A when younger and always wanted a TR250. Got one about 17 years ago and restored it over the course of about three years to slightly higher than stock spec. Plan to keep it forever.

Very fun and despite what some people say, reliable once sorted out.
 
We've owned a lot of LBCs over the years, from Jags and Healeys to MGs and even a Lotus Elise. My 250 has always been - and remains - my favorite.
 
I have one waiting for me to restore. Midway thru a MGA restoration that I had to do first to make room and it is for my wife so guess whose car is getting restored. I am almost 72 so I am hoping I can get it done on the 250. I have a TR4A but can't wait to get the 6 cyl and I plan on picking up some of that lost HP between the TR5 and the 250. You are lucky to have one. Bruce
 
The 250 and TR6 are much smoother than the 4 cylinder TRs, Sadly we never got the top of the line in North America - never drive a TR5 or home market TR6 if you want to be happy with your North American Triumph!
