how some folks have pulled their hair out finding a serviceable turn signal light for there BE.

Just happened to see a light for a TC/TD Moss 142-200, yep know it is red not green. No prob. would the light socket etc work?

Looks like the same chrome front ring?

and no, Miss Agatha has an original.

I bought this light for my BE when I was at wits-end trying to find one. The hole diameter was different, so I sent it back. I eventually found an original. I was able to find an original brake master cylinder cap, and just installed a new gasket. the other item which is hard to find is an original tach. gearbox.

You can't imagine how far back this "parts bin" part goes back. My 1946 Austin Ten (unchanged from 1939 to 1947) had the same item for the ignition light (w/red lens). I haven't compared for exact diameter, but it looks to be identical.

If you need one, I have a spare.

i just bought one from british masters on ebay - price was a bit steep, but worth it to me.

bugedd you have a message.
