Our new Zojirushi Virtuoso bread maker arrived yesterday to replace the First Gen Zojirushi we've had for 20 years, which gave up the ghost finally. Currently trying it out with some raisin bread. On the first knead cycle now. Love teh smell of fresh bread baking!
 
Sadly, I could eat the entire loaf when it's done.

Wonder if it's just a coincidence that the words "bread" and "brew" originate from the same source ...
