I HATE SPRINT !!!!

On her way home in pitch dark in pouring down rain, Kelly calls to say her tire pressure light came on and she heard something hit the car a few miles back. She asks if she should pull over at the next exit and check. I say yes and to call me back. She calls and says tire is hissing and getting lower by the second. I try to tell her I'm on my way but the stupid phone cuts out. I try several times with no luck. I head out and try my Sprit phone with no luck. My phone rings right as I'm about to pass a spot I ALWAYS drop calls at. I answer only for the phone to die and am unable to reach her again and tell her I'm on my way.

Thankfully she waited and figured I was comming. A tower must be down as neither phone would work but showed signals.

I'm upset 'cause I call her several times a day and the ~ONE~ time I need my stupid freakin' phone to work IT DOESN'T !!!! :madder:

My worst fear is my wife on the road stranded in bad weather. I do not like her traveling on nights like this. It wouldn't be that big of a deal IF MY STUPID PHONE WORKED !!!!! :madder:

Thanks for letting me rant.

You should try AT&T on for size sometime! (not). The only reason I have AT&T is that is the only carrier who works on my iPhone (but that may chance soon - I hope).

My Sprint service is 10X better than ATT ever was. It's so good, I switched my two land lines over to them and save about $100/ month.

Like I said, once another carrier is available for my iPhone, I'm gone from ATT. I used to have Sprint and agree - way better than ATT!

Been with Verizon ever since we first got cell phones. Never an issue.

But then, I'm not that hard to please... :jester:

Cell carriers are like girl friends, the other guys is always better.

My Daughter in Law has Verizon and has much better coverage than I do!

Come on guys it depends where you live. That is one reason to check coverage before you get a phone.

Unless, your partner's company gives you a discount then your on your own.

We had sprint before we moved here.

I have Verizon and no complaints.

:winner1: Me! I'm using my I-POD! Have bookmarked BCF. I don't like the keyboard but I do have the accessory one to use when I have a lot to type. This is too cool!!!

For me it's about more than just around home...I travel (a lot) and ATT stinks in too many places!

I have to agree, Sprint leaves a bit to
be desired. I have Sprint, also.
Had it for years as I used to need the Nextel direct connect.
I should change over to Verizon, great coverage in my
area ( says all the "other guys") but Im a real
creature of habit. Avoid change whenever possible.
( just downright lazy, actually)

Ahhhh, my long lost twin. Dad is here too, but he aint lazy.

Everything sucks out here. It usually works o.k but the one time I need it...

She's on her way home in the same conditions. She just called me and the phone is acting up again. Might have to get my hammer out. ( and I'm not kidding)

Itf your ever in the Dakotas, better bring your Verizon buddy

Looks like ol' girl bailed out of T Moble.

I loved her in Chicago.
