Luckily the thing is still at the neighbor's house, they're NOT leaving it in MY driveway while they "save" the money for parts...
 
That's probably a good idea. I've been "saving" money for parts for my lbc's for about 30 years! Somehow there's always more saving that needs to be done to get them finished.
