I did it.

Shoulda slapped the guy up side the head!
 
Now, if the individual calls or contacts you later to see if you're still interested, say sure.....for $5000. He burned the $6000 bridge, imho.

I bought my BE 3 1/2 years ago as a completed tub, with parts to assemble for 4K. It was less cut up than this example. Looks to me that $4-6K would be a reasonable price.

You talking about the trans tunnel? How solid was yours? Was it a painted nut and bolt resto too?

Couldn't paint it for $6k much less build the motor and everything else not to mention throw in a rust free car. :whistle:

I only wish I could have all that done to my Midget for only 6k, just sayin'. :wink:
