I did it again....grocery raid

I worked the butcher over at the Winn Dixie. Got $345 woth of lamb chops and veal scalopini for $19.45. All edible. I hope they never figure it out that premium cuts of meat don't sell in a small country town. Their lose, my gain.
 
wish I lived closer, I'd bring the wine
 
50 miles north of us they had 16" of rain in one day with some flooding, no disaster though. We had a lot less.

Great score, Bill! I gotta tell 'smits about your technique. She's a master at coupon application but I don't think she has tried your meat purchase plan.

I'm looking forward to some veal. :laugh:
 
Actually seems like they do sell, perhaps not for what they thought it would but the meat isn't in the dumpster out back...
