Thanks to all the forum members who have answered questions for me during the past month as I completely rebuilt the brake system on my '58 TR3A.

In the begining I was just going to replace the rear shoes, then I discovered that the rear axle grease seals were shot so on the advice of those here I had the rear axles rebuilt (for me I had a professional do this, I would not attempt to remove the hub myself). So I then replaced the rear cylinders, flex hose, and the brake lines that I mangled during removal.

I replaced the front calipers with rebuilt units from Appple Hydraulics and ended up replacing the master cylinder and the round reservoir too ("might-as-wells").

Well, anyway I finished today and what a difference; like a 100% improvement. I feel safe driving this car now. Thanks for all your help!
