Forgot to remove the red flagged control surface locks off before takeoff.

Reminds me of when I was at LSU - mandated ROTC for all men students. We did have a choice: Army or Air Force. Each group had a rivalry going. I chose Army, and whenever we marched, whenever we passed a group of Air Force guys, our cadence was, "Off we go, into the wild blue yonder --- CRASH!"
