How many of you have had the nylon brake fluid tank on your master cylinder micturate over night on your paint job. After changing the tank, two gaskets and the cap, I think I finally figured out the problem...the darn cap has to be screwed on just right. Kinda like the three bears, not too loose, not too tight, but just right. It is a ritual with me to go out every morning to check how much leakage I have coming out from beneath the cap. I have taken to applying a wrist sweat band around the cap, kindof a master cylinder do-rag if you will. That little gasket either leaks if too loose or leaks if squished down too tight. Why is it that the fluid tends to evaporate and condense up under the lid and subsequently leak out so predictably? The option is silicon fluid, but that ain't gonna happen.
