I am a complete fool! yessiree - I have lost what little mind I have ...

MGA has always been my favorite of the MG lineage. A lot of design cues from the XK-series Jags.
And the Big Healeys; I've always thought the A was their little sibling.
 
I love the way the "A" looks, although I wish they had taken one more design cue from Jaguar and made the whole front clip swing open. The couple times I have helped people work on a "A", the access to some components though the engine compartment cover had been more difficult than a "B". If the whole thing flipped forward like a Spitfire or Jaguar it would be so easy to work on.
