Regarding reports on businesses, there's nothing wrong with a recitation of facts, uncolored by emotion and characterizations. Unfortunately that is often difficult to do, especially when you feel that you have been treated unfairly.
Most - probably all, really - businesses want your business. That's the whole idea. They don't make money by making customers unhappy. So it's worth pausing to analyze what went wrong in a transaction before hurling insults and accusations.
And bear in mind that any time you have an unsatisfactory dealing with a business, you were part of that transaction and you may bear some responsibility for your own dissatisfaction. Businesses that routinely cheat customers or sell bad merchandise or maintain customer-averse policies do not usually last long. The "marketplace" takes care of that.
"Read the fine print" and "conduct due diligence" are always good advice when buying a car, but when emotion and enthusiasm crowd out thoughtfulness and attention to detail, things can go wrong, and this is not the place to vent.
