Living proof that Barnum was right. In order to find a sucker, you need to be ready to be outrageous and that's about as outrageous as you can get.
 
He does say that $150 is his lowest reasonable offer he will accept. Although that seems high, these types of "vintage" collectible toys often will go for that.
