Hudson sprayer as a pressure bleeder?

With all the bleeding trouble these lbc's have has anyone made a bleeder with a hudson sprayer as the pressure source?
Guy at work said he built one and it works great.
Said he puts a fitting into a old cap,

Yes, I have. Worked great on the TR6 and TR8, not so well on the TR4a. That was probably a cap issue.

My motive brand pressure bleeder (yeah I paid more than diy) suggests 12psi for bleeding FWIW.
