also interesting stats from William Kimberley's book is that 'a total of 13,912 PI TR6's were manufactured, most by Coventry with early cars as Completely Knocked Down kits made in Belgium (he doesn't give numbers). A total of 8370 PI's sold in UK, 5500 exported to Europe and Australia.'
He also mentions that the CP PI series is quoted at 150bhp and the CR PI series at 125bhp. Apparently both PI models had the same hp, the CP was measured in SAE while the CR used DIN.
