You may need to get a puller to coax part number 75 off the crankshaft. What I've done is start to unthread 69 about a half inch, then use a bearing puller to pull it off the shaft. After that, remove I think 8? of part number 73 and it should all be in pieces.
with both of the above. The stock setup should come off with just some taps from a brass hammer around the fan flange on 71. But on my TR3A, I had 75 Loctited to the crank (because the crank was worn undersize and it no longer fit snugly) so I used a puller against the head of a bolt I bought just for the purpose. The dog teeth on 69 will mess up your puller unless you figure out some sort of spacer to go between them (or maybe the dog was deleted on the 4A?).
