Does anyone know the approx. setting for the HS6 jet bearing? During the rebuild I set mine down 6 flats from the bridge level but not sure if that info is correct for the HS6.

Cheers,
John

Hi John, I initially set the Jet nut Down two full turns. Where it ends up during tuning is the point that produces maximum speed with smooth runing.---Keoke-

Hi Keoke,

Thanks .. that should get us started. I know it's just a base setting but right now the guy trying to get the rebuilt motor running on the test stand is having problems. I doubt it's the carbs but must look under many stones /bcforum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/grin.gif

Cheers,
