HS4 plumbing

I finished off the HS4s setup with some Petroflex
hoses and nifty German clamps.
I'm thinking about using this type of clamp
for the radiator hose as well. Then paint the
little blue parts in AH green.

Nice looking indeedie.

Very nice...useful bling. I need to get those steel braided hoses. Is that an aluminum radiator I see?

David, your float bowls are leaning forward as if the wrong grommets were used. The Mini and the inline cars used different intake angles, but with the Mini intake your float bowls would be leaning backwards towards the engine, so thats why I think the wrong gormmets were use, the float bowl should be level, right now your float level is being compromised. We may be able to find the right grommets for them, and level those flaot bowl out, the grommet is what set the float bowl assembly angle, plus I have trick to keep them from being wobbly as well, that we could do as with test other grommets.

I'll bring it by one day soon. I thought the angle looked wonky.
The grommet is real rubbery and the bowls can be moved quite a bit....down right wobbly.
Thanks Hap!

If those grommets are offset, you *may* be able to temporarily get the proper bowl angle by just swappin' 'em, side to side.

...but if they're wobbly, Hap's REAL fix is the best bet.
