Could we start a thread with updates of her condition?
I only pray that she will be able to attend Tony's funeral.

Janet and I are leaving for Huntsville in a few minutes. Jerri will still be recovering from her surgeries, and will not be able to attend the funeral. Will be visiting with her this afternoon, and I'll be back on the forum this evening with a report.

Just saw Jerri - she's banged up, but in very good spirits. Good to see her finally.

Also met Will. What can I say? TONY, JR.! :thumbsup:

Heading back to the hospital in a few minutes for the next visiting session.

Thanks for the update. I have been really worried about Jerri. I can only imagine what an ordeal this is for her, and she is in my thoughts and prayers.

I am glad to hear her spirits are good. I have been morose all week with David out of town and then I think about Jerri and her loss. My prayers are with her and hoping for time to heal her both physically and mentally.
 
Jerri's finally out of ICU! Pretty worn out this evening, but in much better spirits now.

Funeral is tomorrow, and they're working on doing a live feed to the hospital so she can "be there"! I'll probably not be able to check in after the funeral until late tomorrow evening, but will let everyone know how it went.

You're providing a vital link my friend, thank you. You have no idea how long I entertained the thought of a spontaneous road trip to make it there tomorrow, but I had to face responsibility. Glad to hear Jerri is getting better.

Thank you for being there and keeping us up to date. It really helps me to know she has friends and family and that she is doing better.
I know there are some hard times ahead for her and having her know we are all keeping her in our thoughts may bring some small measure of strength to help her.
