A country church was plagued with bats. The Deacon's of the church had tried many things to rid the church of these bats icluding live trapping them, taking them far into the country, and releasing them. Nothing worked. Finally the old Preacher took note of their efforts and made a suggestion. "Boys" he said, "trap the bats again and bring them to me, I know how to handle this." The Deacon's obeyed his instructions and left the bats with the Preacher. The next day they noticed that sure enough the bats were gone. Finally curiosity got the best of them and they asked the old Preacher what he had done. "Boys it was simple", he said "I just baptized them and I haven't seen them since." /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/angel.gif
